My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the multiple pool areas were great and offered good access throughout the resort. The breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise with a wide array of Mexican dishes. However, the mattress in the room was extremely hard, which left my back hurting, and the service could definitely use some improvement, as requests often went unanswered and took way too long to fulfill.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the facilities were suitable for our group events, and the spa service was excellent, the overall service left a lot to be desired. The rooms weren't as expected, and there were issues with the dining options. Still, the martial arts training facilities were perfect for our needs and made the stay worthwhile.
